Nice weather-Finally!

Calvin is so content in any sandbox with any shovel or truck.  He is so good at playing by himself and keeping himself busy.  Much different from the girls who had to be kept occupied by someone or something.  It is fun to watch him grow, but sad because he is my baby!

Rochester Better Chance Gala

Ella and I were able to attend the Rochester Better Chance House Gala.  We had such a great time!  We won a trip with the Blys to the boundary waters!  We are super excited to go with them and Thomas wants to join us.  Should be fun.  We also won a giant chocolate basket.  We are hoping this house will be around for along time providing such wonderful experiences for all the boys that are able to attend. 

Spring snow storm in May!! UGH!!

May storm brought ice topped with really heavy wet snow.  Our Dwarf Lilac tree in our front yard just broke right off.  Sooooo sad!  I love the smell of this tree in the spring.  I will really miss it this year.  This will be our third one in this spot- maybe time to try a different tree. :-(
